Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order while Paystack payment is pending or before a cash-on-delivery order is accepted by the merchant.

Refunds

Administrators review eligible paid-order refunds. Paystack refunds are initiated server-side and recorded with the order and payment audit trail.

Problems with delivery

Report a missing, damaged, or incorrect order through support as soon as possible and include the order reference.

This pilot policy requires qualified Nigerian legal and accounting review before public launch.
